(1)  Click Start a Campaign and Register etc

(2) On the Start a Campaign page:

CATEGORY Choose from Alcohol, Drugs, Gambling or Other

Be brief and to the point in 200 characters max (e. "New Devon Alcohol Support Services" - be descriptive and summarise what you are doing in just a few words).

NB. This title will become your link, for example:

  “Bristol Gambling Support

would automatically be shown as:

and this is the link you will be sharing to others. So keep it SHORT but DESCRIPTIVE.

SHORT DESCRIPTION Keep this short and to the point, capturing the essence of WHY your resource needs help and what the outcome will be
DESCRIPTION Be as detailed as you like, but don't overdo it! Use:

- Subheadings to organise the Who, Why, What, Where, How detail of the project

- Pictures of you, the team, the project etc

- Testimonials / Transition Stories of people you have already helped

Remember people will spend maybe 1 minute on this page so stick to the facts!!!!!!!
Don't water down your proposition and what you can do for people with waffle.

GOAL How much you are looking to raise (no £ sign needed)
RECOMMENDED AMOUNT This is the default amount that will show in the donation field when people view your CrowdFundME! page. Keep it reasonable low.
AMOUNT PREFILLED These are the amounts in the boxes underneath the recommended donation amount. Use Commas and no spaces (eg: 10,25,50,100,250)
CAMPAIGN END METHOD Either choose an end date when your campaign will end (30 days is the normal run time) or amount that you want to raise (the campaign will run until amount raised).
VIDEO Be sure to record a 1-3 minute video of YOURSELF talking to camera about the who, what, why, where, how etc of the Project. Be Authentic and don't over produce the video! Insert the full YouTube / Vimeo link of the video you have recorded into this field, and the video will appear at the top of your page, before the Campaign Description. So your video should summarise what you need and why, then your description should summarise the key points.
COUNTRY / ADDRESS ETC Use your real details, so we and others can contact you
FEATURE IMAGE Use high quality PNG or JPG image, indeally 1000px wide by 700px high. No blurry images! The better the quality image the better the response. Make sure the image includes your FACE or the face of someone that you help

Constant, repetitive, daily action until you reach your Goal!!

And VARY your message, sending out different images and different text.
Use anecdotes of REAL people and their circumstances to help build a CONNECTION with the reader.
